1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Minimal Finance, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our application.

2. Description of Service

Minimal Finance is a personal finance management application that provides:

• Transaction tracking and categorization
• Manual import of bank account and credit card statement PDFs
• Investment portfolio tracking (manual entry and upload)
• Insurance policy management
• Financial analytics and reporting
• Budget planning and expense monitoring
• Optional Gmail integration: read-only sync of credit card statement emails from the last 60 days to display due summaries (total due, minimum due, due date) on the Credit Cards screen

Gmail sync does not process bank, investment/CAS, or insurance emails. Those features use manual upload or in-app entry.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account

3.2 Account Security

• Keep your login credentials confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• You are responsible for all activities under your account

4. Financial Data

4.1 Data Accuracy

• You are responsible for the accuracy of your financial data
• We provide tools to help organize and analyze your data
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of third-party data sources

4.2 Data Security

• We implement industry-standard security measures
• Your data is encrypted and stored securely
• We do not share your financial data without consent

5. Optional Gmail Access

If you connect Gmail, you authorize Minimal Finance to access your Gmail with gmail.readonly solely to:

• Detect credit card statement emails with PDF attachments from the last 60 days
• Extract and display due-summary information on the Credit Cards screen

You may disconnect Gmail or delete Gmail sync data at any time from Profile. Gmail access is optional and not required to use other app features.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Minimal Finance for:

• Illegal activities or fraud
• Violating any laws or regulations
• Transmitting malicious code or viruses
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access
• Interfering with service operations

7. Intellectual Property

Minimal Finance and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by OneDashboard and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Service Availability

• We strive to maintain service availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime
• We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects service
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneDashboard and Minimal Finance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OneDashboard from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the application.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
